Milan
This was the last leg the trip to see Leonardo's Last Supper and meet up with a niece on university exchange. Like many other famous artworks and museums in Italy, it's quite impossible to try and see it on your own without joining a tour as most of the entry tickets would have been sold out. So we joined a city tour to see the famous Last Supper Mural by Leonardo Da Vinci. No photography was allowed of the mural.

The colours of Burano
A colourful small town, short trip from main island by water taxi. A good idea to pack some food for picnic as you enjoy the beauty of the place.

Piazza San Marco aka St Marks Square
Tourists feeding the many pigeons at St Marks Square. For a small amount of money you can buy some bird food from the vendors to feed the birds. Great place to hang around and watch everyone have fun feeding the birds. The smiles tell it all.

Venice, City of Romance
Such a wonderful place, its difficult not to be mesmerised by the romance and beauty of Venice. We stayed at The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice. A special treat for this trip. Hotel was nice and location was great. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and public transport. We did short trips to Murano and spend a day enjoying the beauty and colours of Burano.
